Bureau Ltd. (Tony-Skyline) is an integrated aviation Services Company situated
in Lagos, Nigeria. The company was established and incorporated in Nigeria in
1987 with registration number RC-92646. The major objective of the company from
inception is to become a world player in the aviation industry in Nigeria and
globally. This has been pursued considerably with the type of services delivered
to its clients over the years bearing in mind efficiency, effectiveness,
innovation and customer satisfaction.
Tony-Skyline officially
is certified by civil aviation authorities in Nigeria to be one of the air
transports Services Company in the world. We are a private and independent
company able to offer a wide range of services to scheduled and unscheduled
airlines as well as charter, private, and corporate aircraft, be it passenger or
cargo.
Tony-Skyline works with
agents and vendors worldwide to guide our clients operations through each stop
from inception to final completion. We value the importance of relationships,
this forms the basis of a healthy partnership and friendship. To us every

Tony-Skyline’s range
of services include;
- Obtaining overflights and landing
clearances or permits for all passengers, private and cargo flights on very
short notice in Nigeria and other African countries.
- Arranging full ground handling
services for passengers and cargo flights.
- Arranging supply of jet A1 fuel for
passengers and cargo flights at very competitive prices at all airports.
- Providing ATC flight planning and
weather reports.
- Handling of medical evacuation and
ambulance flight.
- Providing all passengers and crew
assistance with transportation, hotel accommodation, immigration, customs
and city tours.
- Providing airlines ticketing and
tourism services.
- Providing 24 hour security
arrangements
- Freight forwarding and clearing of
cargo at all airports in Nigeria with door to door delivery service.

Muhammed Int’l Airport (DNMM), Lagos and operational offices at Abuja, Kano,

Managing Director
Mr. Tony Okonkwo, is a
highly qualified aviation practitioner and consultant, trained in Italy and
worked as a ground-handling officer in Fulmicino Airport, Rome and Manager,
Nigeria Airways, Rome office for five years before coming to Nigeria to setup a
business in Nigeria in 1986. He is operating the following businesses: travel
agency and tourism services, courier services and aviation training school.
General Manager
Eng. Vincent Amajor is
an entrepreneur by nature, an industrial engineer and aviation Services
consultant. He has for seven 7 years been in the aviation industry. In 1994
started a career with Shell Petroleum as a protocol officer to arrange passages
for expatriate staff and co ordinate company’s shuttle flight operations in
the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. He has worked as a consultant to several
airlines and aviation services companies in the areas of training and SITA
deployment.
Operations Manager
Mr. Emeka Egbucha, very
active in the aviation services industry for over 5 years. His understanding of
the Nigeria airspace terrain has been very valuable to clients. He has a wide
range of experience in air transport control, ground handling and support
services.
The company is made up
of other support staffs who undertake operational duties in the airports in
Nigeria. This is to maintain a constant contact in the head office and
outstations.
